John Loveland

John Loveland is a Service Engineer with a strong foundation in customer-focused problem solving. His background inspired an approachable style where he can provide support in a clear and friendly manner.

Before joining the team, he spent two years in the tech industry as a data analyst, where he demonstrated collaborative skills and business acumen, as well as technical skills with SQL and data visualization software like PowerBI and Tableau. Prior to that, John worked as an Assistant Location Manager in the film industry, working on shows such as Cobra Kai and Outer Banks. Outside of work, John has a strong interest in trading card games, particularly Yu-Gi-Oh.
